Project Plan

Objective

Create a project plan that details how a project will be executed.

Description

You will create a plan to execute the project, including the tasks, start and end dates, and person assigned to that task that are needed to complete the project. Your project status will be checked throughout the semester, so this document should be updated regularly.

Deliverables

  • Create a detailed schedule that you will use to execute and manage the project. You should include the following:
    • Task name. These are the individual activities needed to complete a phase of the project. The task name should be descriptive enough that it is easy for anyone to understand.
    • Group the tasks by each assignment. These are the project phases. For example, “Project Strategy.”
    • Add Start and End dates for each phase (The date the assignment was given and the deadline to have it done.)
    • Add Start and End dates for each task (The amount of time it takes to complete the task.)
    • Add the name(s) of who will work on that task.

When you are done, it should look something like this.
