Just received this in my email from Freelancers Union. The post, “The Freelancer’s Guide to Getting Found Online” is a helpful reminder for all job seekers, whether freelance, employee or internship.

- Provides a solution.
- Educates the reader.
- Covers the topic/answers the question thoroughly.
- Uses data and expert insights to back up all claims.
- Lets your expertise shine.

With a focus on the designer’s role it’s always good to keep in mind how all the members of your team are considering how to approach their jobs.
You may not be a designer (the audience for this article) but it’s not a bad idea to take a walk in their shoes every so often.
