OBJECTIVE

To expand your understanding of audio production, pre-production, and editing techniques, as well as deepen your understanding of the components necessary to craft an effective audio intro and outro for your podcast.

DESCRIPTION

Utilizing the scripts written from the first assignment, along with a completed version of your show’s Worldview, you will create an audio intro and outro for your show, being careful to include the specific elements discussed in class.

Though not finalized, I’ll likely create a Dropbox folder for you to upload your final audio samples to. More information to follow.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

Completed Show Intro

Your show intro will need to include the voice over of your completed script, along with other conceptual elements discussed in class, produced with the theme music you have chosen for your show.

Completed Show Outro

Your show outro will need to include the voice over of your completed script, along with other elements discussed in class, produced with the theme music you’ve chosen for your show.

EVALUATION

Points will be awarded based on adherence to the Project Deliverables, Deliverable Formatting, and Due Dates.
